Email issues

I've been having problems with my email for the past week now. I can receive email just fine, but if I try to create or reply to an email I get a message that an error has occurred mail is restarting etc . . .

Below is the info on the error. I run windows 7, from my lap top, I have a dedicated internet, and I access my email from the windows live mail icon in my toolbar

C:\Users\abcd\AppData\Local\Temp\WER79F.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml

  C:\Users\abcd\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1D32.tmp.appcompat.txt

  C:\Users\abcd\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1DFE.tmp.mdmp

It's a pop account from cox.net, I tried to check my stmp settings but when I do that I get the same error. Nothing has changed on my laptop that I can think of to cause this. No new programs or anything. It was working fine when I went to bed and not working fine when I woke up.

Things I've tried already are defrag HD and email, I've tried twice to repair it, once from the control panel>uninstall>repair. The other I ran wlarp from my search and did repair there. Neither of those help. Hopefully someone will have some ideas, I really need to get my email back to normal.

Thanks in advance

-Bill
