I recently purchased a Toshiba C50-A-1DR laptop equipped with Windows 8. Whilst using Windows Live Mail I cannot delete the Deleted Items folder which is filling up. When I select the Delete Items folder and then press right click I receive the option
to clear the folder. Once selected I receive a message 'An unknown error has occurred. Some items in the Deleted Items folder could not be deleted. A problem has occurred please try again'. Trying again produces the same result
